In the Information and Ideas section, students will demonstrate their ability to comprehend, analyze, and reason using the knowledge they have acquired. They will showcase their skills in locating, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating information and ideas from various texts and informational graphics. The focus will be on identifying and understanding central ideas and details, providing textual and quantitative evidence to support their arguments, and making inferences based on the given information. This section will comprise approximately 26% of the total questions, with around 12-14 questions dedicated to assessing these skills. By mastering these aspects, students will be well-equipped to tackle a wide range of informational content and effectively communicate their understanding.
